愛育会の子ども病院。何らかの理由で母親が面倒をみられなくなった健康な乳児たち。写真の子供たちは全員、ララの服を着ている。Eliza Foulke（エリザ・フォーク）が抱っこしているのは、１か月からこの施設にいる１才の男の子。この子の母親は亡くなった。

Foulke Picture Children's Hospital -- Aiiku Kai March 1949 All the children in picture are dressed in LARA clothes, and the nurse proudly pointed to a chart showing how much weight the children were gaining since they were getting LARA milk. These are well babies whose mothers for some reason cannot take care of them. Eliza Foulke is holding Kobayashi Yuji, one year old, who has been in the institution since he was one month old. His mother is dead.
